If you have concluded an insurance contract as a consumer in the Seesam e-shop, you have the right under the Law of Obligations Act to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. This right of withdrawal is a statutory consumer right and you do not need to provide a reason for exercising it. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to travel and baggage insurance contracts with a duration of less than one month or to similar short-term insurance contracts, pursuant to § 53 (4) 9) of the Law of Obligations Act.
The form below is intended solely for exercising the above-mentioned 14-day right of withdrawal in relation to insurance contracts concluded in the Seesam e-shop to which the right of withdrawal applies. By submitting the form, you send Seesam a notice of withdrawal, on the basis of which Seesam will terminate the insurance contract. Seesam will confirm receipt of the notice of withdrawal without delay on a durable medium.
If you wish to terminate the contract after the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, or if the contract was not concluded in the Seesam e-shop, the notice of termination must be submitted to Seesam in writing by sending your request by email to seesam@seesam.ee or through another format that allows written reproduction. To terminate an insurance contract concluded in the e-shop after the 14-day withdrawal period, a written application must be sent to pood@seesam.ee.
