Automatic card payment is not a standing order. During the validity period of the automatic card payment agreement, the contract is renewed automatically, the insurance coverage continues without interruption, and no new offer is sent.

  • For which insurance policies can I use automatic card payment? 
    We offer automatic card payment method for comprehensive, home and accident insurance.

  • What does automatic continuation of insurance coverage during the validity of the card payment agreement mean? 
    If you have linked a payment card to your insurance contract, the payments will be automatically made from your card and the insurance coverage will continue until the termination of the insurance contract. The automatic payment method ensures that payments are made on time and continuously, you do not have to remind yourself the payment of each next bill.

  • How can I buy Seesam insurance with an automatic card payment? 
    When you sign an insurance contract in the Seesam online store, automatic card payment is offered as one of the payment methods. When you select this, you will be instructed to sign a card payment agreement and enter your card details.

  • How can I start using the automatic card payment solution for a new insurance contract?
    In the online store or self-service, you can select the payment method yourself before paying for the insurance. If the contract has already been signed, it is not possible to change the payment method during the ongoing insurance period.

  • How can I use the automatic card payment for valid insurance contracts?
    It is not possible to change the payment method for a valid contract during the ongoing insurance period. However, you can select automatic card payment when extending the insurance contract for the next period. You can select the payment method yourself in the e-store.

  • Can I also use automatic card payment at Seesam dealers (e.g. brokers)?
    Unfortunately, it can only be used when purchasing insurance from Seesam's e-store.

  • How can I terminate the automatic card payment agreement?
    To terminate the card payment agreement for an insurance contract purchased from the e-store, please write to pood@seesam.ee. Termination of the card payment agreement does not mean the termination of the insurance contract. You can pay your next bills using other payment methods.
