Free Roadside Assistance
It is included in the product with which the first-hand assistance, incl. towing assistance, is provided if it is no longer possible to continue driving. The reasons may be a technical failure, driving off the road, broken tyre, the car does not start, etc.
• Contact the office with whom you entered into the warranty contract and take the vehicle there as soon as possible.
• Further process is similar to the manufacturer’s warranty and, in the case of a warranty event, the costs are covered by insurance.
