Travel Insurance Claim

Report the loss to Seesam immediately after the occurrence of the insured event. A loss adjustment form can be completed directly on the Seesam homepage. From the menu selection below you will also find information about how to act following the occurrence of an insured event.

As a customer of the Luminor credit card, submit your travel insurance claims in the self-service environment or send an e-mail to luminor@ops24.eu

 

As a customer of the Citadele credit card, submit your travel insurance claims in the self-service environment or send an e-mail to citadele@ops24.eu

What to do in case of an accident or illness:

  • During travel abroad, you may also use Meliva’s digital clinic for minor health concerns. The service fee is €19.90. You may later submit the invoice to Seesam together with your travel insurance claim. The digital clinic is available Mon–Fri 8:00–20:00 and Sat–Sun 9:00–16:00.
  • After an accident or in the case of an illness, quickly visit a doctor.
  • Follow the doctor’s instructions.
  • If you pay for the medicinal products, doctor's visits, etc., yourself, keep all original documents certifying your expenses.
  • If you have become the victim of a crime, please contact the local police and ask them to prepare a report.
  • After you have returned Estonia, submit a travel insurance indemnity application and other required documents to Seesam within one month.

Digital Clinic

If you’re travelling abroad and have an issue with your health but can’t or don’t want to see a local doctor, you can make use of the quick and convenient Meliva Digital Clinic. Consult a doctor via a chat window, wherever you happen to be – all you need is an Internet connection.

 

Advantages while on holiday

  • You get professional medical advice promptly and safely without having to go to the clinic in person.
  • The clinic is ideal for dealing with minor health concerns like colds, fevers, allergies, skin irritations and upset stomachs.
  • Your consultation is not only saved in the Digital Clinic, but also in the form of a treatment history on the Health Portal, meaning the details can be included in a travel insurance claim if you need to make one.
  • You can chat with a doctor in Estonian, English or Russian.
  • The clinic is open from 8:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and from 9:00-16:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • The service costs €19.90, which you can submit to Seesam for compensation as part of a travel insurance claim.
